Increase Your Height Naturally


In our age, people want to make his body taller but people usually use wrong way like pull up the body to make it taller.. We must avoid it because it will take side effects.


Now i will give you tips about it...

Tips :
  1. Enough sleep at afternoon and night.
    Sleep on afternoon or usually we said it take a nap proved can add our height because Growth Hormone is more active work. Sleep on afternoon can make our body relax. And it can decrease stress and make your age longer. Some Research said that sleep on afternoon can increase productivity, creativity, and ability workers. Good time for sleep on afternoon is 15 minutes until 1 hour. And sleep on night is 6 hours until 8 hours.
  2. Supine straight body position during sleep / Memposisikan tubuh lurus terlentang saat tidur
    I don't know from where my teacher know it but it really work and i do it every sleep. Maybe with position like that it can make our body growth optimal.
  3. Eat and drink food with high calcium and protein.
    food with high calcium and protein also can increase body height. Especially milk that has complete nutrient.
  4. Do Sport regularly
    Sport is also important for growth. Swimming and Basketball is an effective sport to increase your height. If you too busy and you can't doing that sport, you can jump minimal 10 every day and better if you make a target. Ex. If you have a tall cupboard, you must jump until same height with that. Although you do it more than 1 month, but it's a very simple and effective sport to make your body taller.
  5. Don't get yourself positioned bent
    Sitting and standing bent position can inhibit growth. Moreover sleeping on the table while studying or working.
